Also if they ignore your email you should not give them your time. Serious web sites usually has a support department of some sort.

3. Check for a review of the eBook

If the eBook you are offered is of value someone might have written a review about it. Type in the name of the eBook and add "review" on the end of it. If it is a popular eBook you should be able to find several positive reviews on it.
