A Few Tips For Buying On Ebay

I highly recommend that your first transaction on eBay be one where you are the buyer. This will help you get your feedback rating up, which is a VERY important factor in the world of eBay. A few of the main things to look at when buying something on eBay are the following...

1. Check the feedback - If a person's feedback is below 90%, be extra cautious. Check to see why they recieved bad feedback, and if it was even their fault.

2. Look at the description - The description should be a very clear statement of what you are bidding on. If their description is not very descriptive, or provide much background information on the item, feel free to ask them. If the seller doesn't respond to their question within a few days, just forget them.

3. Look at the picture - A picture is worth a thousand words, and can be a huge decision factor. If a picture is blurry, small, or just not very good, ask them a question. If it looks like you see some damage in the picture, but they didn't state it in the description, just ask them about it.

These are just the basics when starting out on eBay. After spending countless hours on eBay, I can safely say that you will only get better over time. It is very hard for anyone to start on eBay without making a few minor errors, but with time and patience, it is very easy to become a great eBayer.

I hope these tips helped, and good luck!
